Do I need a credit card to start?

Can you remove a negative link or listing?
On any paid plan, you can submit a URL you'd like removed. We personally research it and send you a custom quote based on what removal will take — and you only pay if it's successfully removed. No upfront cost, and no charge if it can't be done.
Can I get a recent Google review removed?
Yes. On any paid plan, you can flag a Google review that's 14 days old or less for removal. If we successfully get it taken down, it's a flat $150 charged to your card on file — and nothing at all if the removal isn't successful.
What are local citations, and how many do you build?
Citations are consistent listings of your business (name, address, phone) across the 59 directories that shape your online presence — Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, the major data aggregators, and niche industry sites. Every paid plan builds citations each month, and the volume scales with your plan: 5 per month on Monitor, 10 on Engage, 15 on Manage, and 30 on Grow — per location, working top-down by ranking priority and matching your details exactly. Over a few months that compounds into broad, accurate coverage.
How does per-location pricing work?
Plans are priced per business location. A single storefront pays one plan price; a three-location business on Manage pays for three. Adding locations is the main way plans scale with you.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
Yes — pay annually and you get roughly two months free compared to monthly billing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Which reviews do you monitor?
Ongoing review monitoring centers on Google — your Google Business Profile reviews and rating, where the vast majority of local customers look first. Your reputation score reaches a little wider: it's led by Google but also weighs your reviews on Facebook, Yelp, and industry sites where you have them, so the number reflects how you look across the places customers actually check. (Citations are separate again — those listings span many directories to strengthen your ranking.)
